Blooms and Blessings

Today I’d like to share a little bit about how flower essences can help with the healing journey. I practice from the philosophy that we are spiritual beings having an earth body experience. We are here to grow, learn, explore, enjoy, and transform. We navigate life from physical, mental, emotional, and energetic-spiritual perspectives. The extraordinary vessel of our Earth body acts as the container, anchor, and at times teacher, for this experience.

As a mind-body-spirit practitioner, I use a variety of tools to interact with the different planes and perspectives, and flower essences are one of my favorites for energetic and spiritual support. A flower essence is a botanical medicine that carries the frequency of each unique plant’s healing presence. Each flower embodies an archetypal energy, with qualities unique to that frequency. They work by creating coherence with our bioenergetic field.

Flower essences are especially helpful when a person is feeling stuck, or has ancestral patterns or alternate (past) life lessons affecting their current life (which is everyone!!!). When we work with flower essences, we begin to transform on a bioenergetic level. We notice a shift in our thoughts, feelings, and symptoms. We experience insights and understanding that bring us greater peace and healing. And over time, we are more easily and consistently able to hold a LIGHTer frequency. They are gentle, powerful, and wonderful allies for sensitive, awakened, and empowered souls.

Here is how I typically recommend dosing a flower essence in my practice.

-Take 4 drops 4 times a day
-Especially when waking up and right before sleep!
-Take more frequently when needed
-Continue for one month for ongoing issues
-Use for shorter cycles for temporary or circumstantial issues

I hope this has been helpful! Please reach out if you would like assistance in selecting the appropriate essence for you.
