If you are new to me and my functional health practice, let me share a little bit about myself.

• My practice and our work together is on-line, in-spirit, and typically includes: functional medicine labs, energetic HEALING, health sovereignty coaching, plant spirit medicine, and more!
• I am an adult human inclusive practitioner: all bodies and genders are welcome! I support the Health at Every Size movement. If you are a SPIRIT with a body that is letting you know it wants a little attention, I would love to help! 
• I am kind, introverted, direct, nerdy as heck, and loooooove supporting BEAUTIFUL SOULS on their in-a-body experience.
• My background is in naturopathic medicine, plant spirit medicine, reiki, and other HOLISTIC and energetic modalities. I have 10+ years experience in clinical practice, and decades of experience with bioenergetic medicine. Autoimmune, chronic, and biotoxin illnesses are a specialty of mine.
• I work with a limited number of clients each year. Over the course of several months, we dig deep into your body's story and find what is needed to address imbalances and restore health.
