The Daily Dose: Vitamin D
New Seasonal Offering!!!
Have you noticed the shorter days and chilly mornings that hint of autumn? Whether you love or hate the season of spook and spice, now is a fantastic time to test for vitamin D. We make most of our vitamin D from the sun and use a lot of it in winter for immune function and mood support. Blood levels should be at their annual peak after the sunny summer, and testing helps identify if supplementation is needed going into the season of cool, damp, and dark.
